Stress Less
April is Stress Awareness Month.

Stress Awareness Month

Stress Awareness Month is a national, cooperative effort to inform people about the dangers of stress, successful coping strategies, and harmful misconceptions about stress that are prevalent in our society. Sponsored by The Health Resource Network (HRN), a non-profit health education organization, Stress Awareness Month has been recognized every April since 1992.

Manage Stress with Wellbeats

From calming your mind with gentle yoga to sweating out stress in a HIIT cardio class, Wellbeats’ fitness classes include stress relief offerings for everyone. Specific classes are designed to reduce stress by slowing down your mind and body while others simultaneously elevate your heart rate and boost your mood.

Whether it’s strategically incorporating more nutrient-dense foods into your life or forming mindful eating habits, Wellbeats’ collection includes classes that address the role of nutrition in mental wellbeing and stress management. Strategic approaches to both cooking and eating can help reduce stress.

Wellbeats’ mindfulness classes provide virtual, on-demand access to meditation, yoga, and stress reduction classes that can improve your mood and mindset.
